Workshop on 2024 Curriculum

On Saturday 16 September 2023 at the Meeting Room – Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Bengkulu University, a workshop on revising the Master of Statistics program curriculum was held. Yudhie Andriyana, Ph.D. act as a resource person. He is the general chairman of the Indonesian Statistics Higher Education Forum (FORSTAT) and the deputy dean for academic affairs at University of Padjadjaran, Bandung. The workshop was attended by all statistics master’s lecturers, statistics undergraduate lecturers, statistics master’s students and alumni, faculty leaders and graduate users/stakeholders. As one of the graduate users, the Head of the Bengkulu City Statistics Indonesia, namely Mr. Marwansyah, was present. A new curriculum draft has been produced which is in line with the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Regulation number 53 of 2023. This draft will soon be processed to be formalized by the Rector, so that it can be used for students in the class of 2024 and so on.
