Herlin Fransiska born in Curup, Bengkulu on September 17, 1990. She finished her Elementary in Kepahiang and High School in Curup. Graduated from SMA Negeri I Curup, Bengkulu, she continued studying at Bengkulu University starting 2008. Completed her Bachelor degree / Sarjana Matematika (S.Si) in 2012 from the Department of Mathematics – College of Mathematics and Natural Sciences – Bengkulu University. Then, She continued studying at Bogor Agricultural University starting 2012. Completed her Master degree / Magister Statistika (M.Si) in 2014 from the Department of Statistics, College of Mathematics and Natural Sciences –Bogor Agricultural University. She has been working as a lecturer at Bengkulu University since 2014.

Under the supervision of Dr. Hari Wijayanto., M.Si., I finished my dissertation entitled “Ensemble Decomposition Method for Predicting the Price of Rice in Jakarta”. I received my Magister of Science (M.Si) in the field of Statistics and graduated in November 2014. 

I have been teaching several courses in the area of statistics such as Statistics Methods, Time Series Analysis, and Calculus. Recent research area is closely related but not restricted to Statistical Modeling, Small Area Estimation, Time Series Analysis, and Regression Analysis.
