He received his doctor from Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung, Indonesia. He teaches Multivariate Analysis in the Master Study Program of Statistics. In addition, he also teaches several mathematics and statistics courses at Bachelor of Mathematics and Statistics. His research focus is related, but not limited,  to Statistical Modeling, Time Series Analysis, Copula, and Spatial Statistics. Some articles that have been published are as follows:
