
Exploring the Future: Universitas Bengkulu’s Undergraduate Chemistry Program Shines at EDU FAIR 2025
Bengkulu, January 9, 2025 – The Undergraduate Chemistry Program, Universitas Bengkulu, participated in the EDU FAIR 2025 event held at SMA N 2 Bengkulu on January 8-9, 2025. This educational fair aimed to provide students with information about various universities and study programs, both domestically and internationally. The event attracted several schools from Bengkulu City, whose students eagerly sought more information about their future academic options at the university level.


The Undergraduate Chemistry Program, along with other study programs from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at The University of Bengkulu, set up a promotional booth that drew many visitors. The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences booth not only offered brochures and detailed information about its study programs but also allowed students to engage directly with lecturers and current students regarding the curriculum, career prospects, and academic experiences at The University of Bengkulu.


On January 8, 2025, the promotional activities at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences booth were represented by Yoravika Dwiwibangga, S.Si., M.Si., and Etriyanto Arman, S.Si., M.Si. Meanwhile, on January 9, 2025, the promotional duties were continued by Vicka Andini, S.Si., M.Sc., and Mega Elfia, S.Si., M.Si. These lecturers enthusiastically provided information and answered student’s questions about the Chemistry program and the various opportunities available in this field.
As part of the promotional activities, the Undergraduate Chemistry Program team also organized various chemistry-themed educational games. Students were invited to participate in interactive games that tested their basic chemistry knowledge in a fun and engaging way. Winners of these games received attractive prizes in the form of beautiful mugs as souvenirs from the Undergraduate Chemistry Program.






The Coordinator of the Undergraduate Chemistry Program at The University of Bengkulu Dr. Dwita Oktiarni, S.Si., M.Si., stated that this event was a strategic step in introducing the Undergraduate Chemistry Program to prospective students. “We hope that through this EDU FAIR, students will gain a better understanding of the fields of study they wish to pursue in higher education and become more motivated to continue their studies at the Undergraduate Chemistry Program at the University of Bengkulu,” she said.
EDU FAIR 2025 at SMA N 2 Bengkulu proved to be a highly beneficial event for students, allowing them to gain broader insights into the world of higher education. The participation of the Undergraduate Chemistry Program in this event further strengthened The University of Bengkulu’s commitment to providing quality education and information to prospective students.
