Lecturer Exchange Program Strengthens International Collaboration in Geophysics Education

The Instrumentation for Geophysics course at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), University of Bengkulu (UNIB), is currently being taught collaboratively by lecturers from UNIB and the University of Central Punjab (UCP), Pakistan. This joint teaching initiative involves Dr. Elfi Yuliza from UNIB and Dr. Muddasir Ali Shah from UCP.

The lecture session took place on April 29, 2025, in the Multimedia Room of the Integrated Laboratory, FMIPA UNIB. Students participated enthusiastically, actively engaging in discussions and asking questions to deepen their understanding of the material.

Both Dr. Elfi Yuliza and Dr. Muddasir Ali Shah demonstrated great commitment and enthusiasm in delivering the lecture, providing valuable insights from their respective academic backgrounds. This international teaching collaboration is expected to continue and expand to other courses within the Geophysics program.

The initiative has received strong support and appreciation from the FMIPA leadership, reflecting the faculty’s commitment to enhancing the quality of education through global academic partnerships.
