This archive contains the Presidential Direction of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2012 concerning the description of the qualification level of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI), which could be a competency capability tiering framework that can compare, equalize, and integrate the fields of education and the field of job training and work encounter in arrange to supply acknowledgment of work competencies in understanding with the structure of work in various sectors. This Presidential Regulation comprises of 5 (five) chapters and 11 articles. Chapter 1 comprises 1 article that talks about the common arrangements in this Presidential Regulation, in chapter II 7 articles examine the Level and Equalization of KKNI qualifications where Diploma 4 or Applied Bachelor and Bachelor graduates are the least proportionate to level 6 and graduates of work preparing at the professional / investigation level are equivalent to levels 4,5, and 6. Graduates of qualification level 6 are anticipated to be able to apply their fields of ability and take advantage of information, innovation, and/or craftsmanship in their fields in tackling issues and be able to be civilized to the circumstance at hand, able to ace the concept of hypothetical concepts in certain areas of information in common and particularly in profundity, and able to formulate procedural problem solving, able to make the right decisions and provide instructions in choosing various alternative solutions independently and in groups, and able to be responsible for their own work and can be given responsibility for the achievement of organizational results as stated in the appendix. Chapter III discusses the application of KKNI in various sectors or professional fields, then chapter IV contains provisions for transition of qualifications, and chapter V on concluding provisions.

Curriculum for S1-Mathematics Study Program FMIPA UNIB is prepared based on the Minimum Curriculum Recommendation for the Undergraduate Mathematics Study Program in Indonesia from the Indonesian Mathematical Association (IndoMS); Guidebook for Higher Education Curriculum Preparation in the Industrial Age 4.0 to support MBKM (Independent Learning-Independent Campus); Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 3 of 2020, concerning the National Standards for Higher Education; Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 5 of 2020, concerning Accreditation of Study Programs and Universities; and Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 22 of 2020, concerning the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The process of preparing this curriculum goes through several stages, namely (1) Study Tracer, (2) 2015 Curriculum Review and 2021 Curriculum and (3) Curriculum Design Workshop. One of the important stages is the curriculum design workshop organized by the S1-Mathematics study program attended by all lecturers, alumni, graduate users with educational experts in the field according to the S1-Mathematics study program. OBE-Based Curriculum for S1-Mathematics Study Program FMIPA UNIB contains the vision, mission, goals, graduate profile, graduate learning achievements, list of compulsory and elective courses, distribution of courses each semester, and plans for implementing student learning rights outside the study program. This curriculum document is based on the decision of the Chancellor of the University of Bengkulu Number 2086/UN30/HK/2021 regarding the curriculum for the Mathematics and Natural Sciences study program at the University of Bengkulu in 2021.
