Public Lecturer : Experience Sharing, S.Mat Becomes A Banker

One of the Career Development Center (CDC) services at Bengkulu University, especially in Bachelor of Mathematics study program for students and alumni, is in the career development services. Seeing the development of the current career world which is very competitive, it is necessary to provide career guidance for students and alumni early on so that they are able to compete in entering the world of work. At this time, the absorption rate of graduates in the world of work and the work independency of graduates are important indicators of the performance of a university. Therefore, career guidance services are increasingly becoming a necessity at Bengkulu University, especially the Bachelor of Mathematics study program. In the Bachelor of Mathematics Study Program, a public lecture was held for the implementation of career guidance on Saturday, 11th November, 2023. This career guidance was presented by Alysha Putri Salsabila, S.Mat. She is one of the Junior Analysts of Bank Indonesia of North Sumatra Province. This career guidance is socialized to the entire academic community of Bengkulu University, especially the Bachelor of Mathematics Study Program so that in its implementation, can be accepted and done properly. In addition, monitoring is also needed to get the maximum results of career guidance for the students and alumni.
