Pharmacy Undergraduate Program Secures Multiple Honors at Prestigious PIM UNIB 2025
Pada tanggal 2 Desember 2025, mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Farmasi kembali menorehkan prestasi gemilang dalam ajang Pekan Ilmiah Mahasiswa (PIM) UNIB 2025 tingkat mahasiswa se-Provinsi Bengkulu yang diselenggarakan oleh UPAPKK UNIB. Dalam kompetisi bergengsi ini, mahasiswa S1 Farmasi berhasil meraih tiga penghargaan sekaligus dari berbagai bidang lomba, menunjukkan kualitas akademik, riset, dan inovasi yang unggul.
Prestasi pertama diraih dengan Juara 1 Bidang PKM-RE melalui karya berjudul “Potensi Nanoenkapsulasi Fraksi Etil Asetat Biji Kebiul (Caesalpinia bonduc (L.) Roxb) sebagai Kandidat Antikanker Payudara Drug Delivery System pada Sel MCF-7”. Tim ini diketuai oleh Annadine Zahrina Ajeqy dengan anggota Rahmadannisa Dwi Amanda, Alisa Herawati, Belvini Azahra, dan Azmi Pratama, serta dibimbing oleh apt. Septi Wulandari, S.Farm., M.Sc.
Selanjutnya, Juara Harapan 1 Bidang PKM-RE diraih melalui penelitian berjudul “Uji Efek Antihiperglikemik Infusa Limbah Kulit Pisang Kepok (Musa paradisiaca) Enggano pada Mencit (Mus musculus) Hiperglikemia”. Tim ini diketuai oleh Waris Rahman dengan anggota Muhammad Arezki Ilham, Fauzi Pratama, Cahya Firdha Vaneza, dan Shikta Dhani Shandini, di bawah bimbingan apt. Relin Yesika, S.Farm., M.Farm.
Prestasi ketiga diraih melalui Juara 2 Bidang Kewirausahaan dengan judul karya “Optimalisasi Cangkang Kerang Lokan sebagai Material Self-Heating Greosa untuk Pengembangan Kemasan Pangan Instan Ramah Lingkungan”. Tim ini diketuai oleh Rosalina Evelin dengan anggota Fhagel Iriansyah, Cathliya Putri Khairunnisa, Aurelia Putri Rahayu, dan Fikri Aziz Al-Ikhsan, serta dibimbing oleh apt. Septi Wulandari, S.Farm., M.Sc.
Capaian ini menjadi bukti nyata komitmen mahasiswa S1 Farmasi dalam mengembangkan riset ilmiah dan inovasi yang berdampak bagi masyarakat. Diharapkan prestasi ini dapat menjadi sumber motivasi dan inspirasi bagi seluruh mahasiswa untuk terus berkarya, berprestasi, dan mengharumkan nama institusi di tingkat regional maupun nasional.
On December 2, 2025, undergraduate students of the Pharmacy Study Program achieved outstanding accomplishments at the UNIB Student Scientific Week (PIM UNIB) 2025, a provincial-level competition organized by UPAPKK UNIB involving students from across Bengkulu Province. In this prestigious event, Pharmacy students successfully earned three awards simultaneously in different competition categories.
The first achievement was 1st Place in the PKM-RE Category with a research project entitled “The Potential of Nanoencapsulation of Ethyl Acetate Fraction of Kebiul Seeds (Caesalpinia bonduc (L.) Roxb) as a Breast Cancer Drug Delivery System Candidate on MCF-7 Cells”. The team was led by Annadine Zahrina Ajeqy, with members Rahmadannisa Dwi Amanda, Alisa Herawati, Belvini Azahra, and Azmi Pratama, under the supervision of apt. Septi Wulandari, S.Farm., M.Sc.
The second achievement was 1st Runner-Up (Honorable Mention) in the PKM-RE Category through a study entitled “Antihyperglycemic Effect Test of Kepok Banana Peel Waste Infusion (Musa paradisiaca) from Enggano on Hyperglycemic Mice (Mus musculus)”. The team was chaired by Waris Rahman, with members Muhammad Arezki Ilham, Fauzi Pratama, Cahya Firdha Vaneza, and Shikta Dhani Shandini, supervised by apt. Relin Yesika, S.Farm., M.Farm.
The third achievement was 2nd Place in the Entrepreneurship Category with the project entitled “Optimization of Lokan Clam Shells as Self-Heating Greosa Material for the Development of Environmentally Friendly Instant Food Packaging”. The team was led by Rosalina Evelin, with members Fhagel Iriansyah, Cathliya Putri Khairunnisa, Aurelia Putri Rahayu, and Fikri Aziz Al-Ikhsan, under the supervision of apt. Septi Wulandari, S.Farm., M.Sc.
These achievements demonstrate the strong commitment of Pharmacy undergraduate students to scientific research and innovation with real societal impact. It is hoped that these accomplishments will serve as motivation and inspiration for other students to continue excelling and bringing pride to the institution at both regional and national levels.
