Alumni
The physics curriculum has hundreds of alumni who have worked in various fields such as academics, researchers, entrepreneurs, government officials, private employees, consultants, and others. Graduates contribute significantly to the advancement of teaching and learning in physics study programs, including preparing better graduates. Alumni contributions include the provision of scholarships, internship opportunities, completion of final assignments, information related to vacancies, information for enhancing learning, and various other contributions.
Tracer Study
Tracer study is carried out to improve the implementation of teaching learning in the study program and the presence of alumni. The Tracer study is a survey conducted with the aim of knowing educational outcomes in the form of transitions from higher education to the world of work, work situations, alignment and skills acquired during the lecture course with the needs in the world of work. The results of this survey are useful for improving the quality of higher education and its relevance for stakeholders and the world of work. Tracer Study is an activity that takes place regularly both at university and faculty level. However, the Study Program of Physics also conducts independent tracer studies by distributing questionnaires to graduates. Question items in this tracking study include work, integrity at work, knowledge and facilities of learning in Study Program of Physics that relevant for world of work, etc. The distribution of the questionnaires was achieved by distributing links of the questionnaires to the graduate group and the research group. Then, in this report, several instruments of the study of tracers are presented which were distributed to graduates of the Study Program of Physics. This tracer study is accessible to graduates via the link
