Capacity Building of Physics Department 2025

The Physics Department of FMIPA, Universitas Bengkulu held a capacity building event for its faculty members on May 17, 2025, in Curup, Bengkulu. The event was attended by all lecturers from the Physics Department as part of an effort to strengthen teamwork, foster a spirit of collaboration, and enhance both personal and professional capacities in fulfilling the three pillars of higher education (teaching, research, and community service).

Through a series of discussion sessions, group activities, and refreshing exercises, participants were encouraged to get to know each other better, share experiences, and formulate synergistic steps to support the future development of the department. This activity not only reinforced unity among faculty members but also strengthened their collective commitment to building a productive and harmonious academic environment.
