FOR THE FIRST TIME, STUDENT OF PHYSICS STUDY PROGRAM COMPETED NATIONAL STUDENT SCIENTIFIC WEEK

“The National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS) is an event organized by the Indonesian Talent Development Center (BPTI), under the National Achievement Center, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This event focuses on fostering students’ scientific reasoning and serves as a competition for national-level student scientific works. PIMNAS is part of the BPTI program aimed at cultivating a competitive academic environment among Indonesian students. As the culmination of national-scale student scientific activities, it is hosted by universities appointed by BPTI.
PIMNAS serves as a platform for scientific collaboration and the presentation of student creative products, attended by individuals or teams participating in the Student Creativity Program (PKM). In 2024, for the first time, students from the Physics Study Program successfully qualified for PIMNAS, which was held at Airlangga University from October 14–19, 2024. The Physics Study Program team consisted of Isra Amalia and Lisa Asyifa Agustina, under the supervision of Prof. Ashar Muda Lubis, Ph.D.”
