Guest Lecture " Human Beings and Non-Ionizing Radiation from Mobile Phone Towers"

To enhance the knowledge and skills of the academic community of the Physics Study Program, a public lecture was organized by inviting speakers from relevant fields, both from within Indonesia and abroad. In this activity, the Physics Study Program hosted Dr. Sandeep Kumar from Dhanauri PG College, Dhanauri, Haridwar, India, as the guest speaker.

The public lecture addressed the topic “Human Beings and Non-Ionizing Radiation from Mobile Phone Towers.” Dr. Sandeep Kumar presented insightful material on the effects of non-ionizing radiation related to mobile phone usage and transmission infrastructure, providing participants with a deeper scientific understanding of the issue. In addition to strengthening academic insight, this activity also served as an initial step in exploring academic collaboration between the University of Bengkulu and Dhanauri PG College, particularly in the areas of education and research. The public lecture is expected to contribute positively to the development of academic quality and international engagement within the Physics Study Program.
