Introduction and Training on the Use of Laboratory Equipment of Department of Physics

The Physics Study Program has three fields of interest: geophysics, instrumentation, and oceanography with various laboratory facilities and infrastructure. Field study activities are carried out to implement the courses in each area of interest. Students can use these different tools to increase their understanding of the theory learned in class and in conducting research. Therefore, to introduce the various equipment and how they work, the Study Program conducts activities to teach and train laboratory equipment. This activity is carried out periodically for all students in the Physics study program. With the implementation of this activity, students should have knowledge related to the laboratory’s equipment and participate in the research of the final project and other activities.
