Monitoring and Evaluation of Learning
In order to improve the educational system at the University of Bengkulu, monitoring and evaluation of learning is carried out each semester. This monitoring and evaluation process takes place at the University, Faculty and Study Program level. At the university and faculty level, this evaluation process is carried out by completing online questionnaires that must be completed by students before checking the final grades for each semester. This filling is done via the sitehttp://siepel.unib.ac.id integrated into the academic portal account of each student. Then, the results of this filling are processed and analyzed by the Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences to produce a summary report on the evaluation of the teaching and learning process of each semester. This report serves as the basis for continuous improvement. Then, in this section, we attach an odd semester learning assessment report for the 2021/2022 academic year. In general, the rating of each instrument in the questionnaire ranges from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best value. In general, the average learning assessment made by teachers of the Physics Program of Studies is 4.22 (good criteria).
In addition to the monitoring and evaluation at the university and faculty level which is carried out at the end of each semester, at the level of the study program a monitoring is also carried out which is managed by the quality control group. At the curriculum level, the Quality Control Group provides online questionnaires for students to complete before mid-term exams and before end-of-semester exams. This filling is intended to ensure the monitoring of learning at the level of the study program. The results of this monitoring are used to assess and improve the quality of learning at the study program level. This section also attaches the results of monitoring of learning in the study program level.
