VISION

The vision of the Physics study program is “to create excellent professional graduates in the field of physics, especially in the fields of geophysics, oceanography, and instrumentation, and able to cope with disturbances both nationally and globally in the Southeast Asian region.”

MISION

  1. Organize research-based learning and education related to the physical sciences related to coastal resources and tropical climates based on competence, technology, ethics, and social responsibility
  2. Organize community service and advisory and outreach services to stakeholders and industry.
  3. Establish institutional cooperation at national and international levels.
  4. Manage resources effectively and efficiently.

OBJECTIVE

  1. Produce a professional, pious Bachelor of Physics with high integrity, ethics, quality, national insight, and national and global competitiveness, sensitive to advances in science, technology, and cultural arts
  2. Train professionals in engineering/research, learning/education who are competent in instrumentation/computing, oceanography/marine physics, and geophysics.
  3. Produce graduates capable of publishing academic scientific work individually or in groups through national and international cooperation.
  4. Able to empower the community through the absorption of scientific work and the results of appropriate technological work, as well as to raise awareness among stakeholders and industry.
