EDUFAIR EVENT

On January 8–9, 2025, The Physics Study Program of FMIPA, Universitas Bengkulu conducted a promotional activity at SMA Negeri 5 Bengkulu as part of an effort to increase student interest in the Physics Study Program in particular, and FMIPA in general. The event involved physics lecturers, the Head of the Physics Study Program, and active students who introduced the world of physics in an engaging and practical manner. A variety of equipment demonstrations, along with presentations on academic and career prospects in physics, served as the main attractions of the activity.The enthusiasm of the students, teachers of SMA 5 Bengkulu, and other visitors was remarkably high, as reflected in their active participation throughout the sessions. This event not only brought the Physics Study Program closer to the students but also broadened their understanding of the vital role physics plays in technological development and everyday life. It is hoped that this initiative will lead to a growing number of students choosing to pursue their higher education in FMIPA, especially in the Physics Study Program
