Oceanography Division Field Practicum at Tikus Island

On Sunday, April 27, 2025, the Oceanography Division of Physics Study Program , Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Bengkulu was held a field practicum in the waters around Tikus Island. The practicum was attended by 22 students and accompanied by 5 lecturers. The practical activities were based on the Ocean Currents, Waves, and Tides courses. This field practicum is held regularly every semester at different locations. Its primary aim is to equip students with hands-on experience in operating oceanographic survey instruments and processing the collected data.
