Upgrading Organizational Skill With Alumni

The “Upgrading Organizational Skills with Alumni” event was held by the Physics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Bengkulu, on April 12, 2025. The event aimed to strengthen students’ organizational competencies through a sharing session with alumni.

Participants engaged in an open discussion on the challenges and strategies involved in student organizational activities, as well as how such experiences can serve as valuable preparation for professional life. The session was conducted in a relaxed yet insightful atmosphere and was well-attended by enthusiastic students eager to learn and interact.

This activity is part of the program’s broader initiative to foster the development of students’ soft skills beyond academics—nurturing graduates who are not only intellectually competent but also capable in leadership and organizational management.
