65th Yudisium of FMIPA UNIB: 59 Graduates from Diploma, Undergraduate, and Master’s Programs Officially Conferred

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), University of Bengkulu, held its 65th Yudisium Ceremony on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Main Meeting Room of FMIPA. The event marked the official graduation of 59 students from the Diploma (D3), Undergraduate (S1), and Master’s (S2) programs.

This solemn academic ceremony was attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, graduates, and their families. In his remarks, the Dean of FMIPA, [Dean’s Name], congratulated all the graduates and emphasized that this achievement is a stepping stone toward greater responsibility and contributions to society.

“Yudisium is not the end of your journey, but a new beginning. We hope FMIPA graduates will continue to make us proud and become valuable contributors in their respective fields,” said the Dean.

The event also featured a scientific oration delivered by Dr. Elfi Yuliza, S.Si., M.Si., a lecturer from the Department of Physics, FMIPA. The oration, titled “Development of a Renewable Energy Prototype Based on Local Potential for Energy Independence,” highlighted the importance of utilizing local resources to create sustainable and community-based energy solutions.

Dr. Elfi emphasized the relevance of renewable energy development in the context of energy security and environmental sustainability, especially in regions with untapped local potential. Her presentation served as an inspiration for graduates to pursue innovation and research that directly benefits society.

The ceremony continued with the reading of the official yudisium decree, the announcement of graduates’ names, and the awarding of certificates to outstanding graduates from each program. It concluded with a prayer and a group photo session to commemorate the milestone.

With this 65th Yudisium, FMIPA once again sends off a new generation of scholars equipped with knowledge and skills to face global challenges and contribute to national development.
