FMIPA University of Bengkulu Holds Appreciation Ceremony for Retiring Lecturers in 2025

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of the University of Bengkulu held a farewell ceremony for the 2025 retirement of lecturers, along with awards and appreciation for the dedication of lecturers within the FMIPA who will retire in 2025 on Monday, January 26, 2026. The event took place in the FMIPA Meeting Room, amidst a solemn and friendly atmosphere.

This event was held as a token of respect and gratitude for the dedication and devotion of the lecturers who have devoted themselves over many years to education, research, and community service within the FMIPA.

The lecturers who received awards and recognition on this occasion were:

• Dr. Teja Dwisutanto, M.Si

• Drs. Welly Darwis, M.Si

• Drs. Nesbah, MS

• Dra. Baki Swita, M.Si

• Dra. Novia, MS

In his remarks, Prof. Sal Prima Yudha S, S.Si., M.Si., Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Bengkulu, expressed his deep respect and gratitude for the contributions of the retired lecturers who have played a vital role in the advancement of the faculty. It is hoped that their dedication, exemplary work, and the knowledge they have imparted will continue to inspire future generations of lecturers and students.

The event concluded with the presentation of souvenirs, a group photo session, and a social gathering as a formal demonstration of togetherness and respect within the Faculty.

With this event, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Bengkulu, hopes to maintain the tradition of appreciating all members of the academic community who have contributed to building the quality of education and the institution.
